Pils
Brilliant straw color with a tight lacy white head. Floral and spicy noble hop aroma with soft Pils malt behind. Crisp and clean with layers of edgy noble hops. Dry finish with firm hop bitterness with a pleasant lingering hop bitterness. Very refreshing and quaffable. 5.2% alc/vol
Kolsch Style
Pale straw with a tight lacy white head. Subtle pear and apple aroma with a slight hop spiciness. Very clean and integrated flavors with a slightly dry, subtly sweet softness on the palate, yet crisp. Balanced with a slightly tart finish. 5.5% alc/vol
India Pale Ale
Using at least six different whole hops and a complex malt base resulting in multiple layers of aroma and flavor that are well integrated and balanced. Dry Hopped to bring out the freshest whole hop aromas and flavors. Copper color with a tight creamy head. Expressive hop aroma and flavors with layers of citrusy, floral, perfume-like, resinous, piney, spicy and fruity character including grapefruit and passion fruit supported by the rich and complex malt base. A long finish that is balanced with a firm but restrained bitterness. 6.2% alc/vol
Paul's Porter
Intensely black with a thick tan head. Layers of dark bitter-sweet chocolate, coffee and caramel aroma and flavors supported by rich complex malts. Big rich almost chewy mouth feel. Finish has some minerality, lightly hopped with a balance toward soft malty sweetness. Little to no burnt roast, bitterness, or astringency. 6.2% alc/vol
